Mr. Zulfiqar Ali - Chief Executive Officer

A qualified Cost & Management Accountant. He is associated with Modaraba Al-Mali for last 12 years and served in various senior positions. Prior to this position, he was serving as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee, responsible for day to day operations of the Modaraba and the management company. He is involved in investment transactions with core strength in legal and regulatory issues and also development of new projects for making Modaraba more profitable. He is maintaining good relationship with clients for identifying and creating new business proposals.

Mr. Adnan Hamid Ali – Chief Operating Officer

A science graduate and holds an MBA degree as well he has more than 20 years of professional experience. He started his professional career with armed forces and took an early retirement as a Major. He joined the Modaraba after 8 years of service in various capacities and different portfolio at senior level in TCS (Pvt) Limited.

Mr. Syed Ahmed Asim - Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

An MBA and having more than 11 years experience of handling financial and corporate affairs in Modaraba sector.

Mr. Tahir Zuberi – Head of Operations

Completed articles from a reputed Chartered Accountants Firm and associated with higher professional education. He is having a good experience in Finance & Projects evaluation.
